Amber Dickhausen started with Bullseye in 2012. Throughout her years, Amber was promoted within the company and experienced every role possible: administrative, bookkeeping, rental management, HOA management, operations, and as of 2022, President. Part of what makes her a great leader is her understanding of the roles and the expectations they carry. Amber obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in 2016.
