Bullseye Property Management & Realty has a diversified portfolio (HOA Management, Residential Management, Commercial Management, Sales/Realty) along with a diversified team. Several of our staff members hold their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) professional certification, participate in local Chamber activities, and are members of prestigious organizations such as CAI (Community Association Institute) as well as Minnesota Realtors®. We support our team’s continued development, presenting our employees with ongoing educational opportunities, in-house training, participation in industry events, and memberships with professional associations.
Our support team is comprised of some highly attentive, meticulous individuals; they work behind the scenes to help with the organization and administration of important tasks, which range from reserving annual meeting venues to mailing time-sensitive notices/documents to owners.
Our accounting team consists of a retired CPA as well as professional bookkeepers who endeavor to ensure that invoices received are then processed accurately and quickly. There are regular audits performed to maintain the level of proficiency we uphold. When an invoice is received, it is not entered until it has been validated within our software. It will then be sent to the property manager for final approval before our office tenders’ payment.
Our property managers come from varied backgrounds: Military, law enforcement, construction, maintenance, engineering, childcare, sales, consulting, and customer service. By actively seeking personnel with a wide range of experience, we promote a diversified approach to property management. Each team member brings a unique and valuable approach to situations, which allows for some incredible collaboration and outside-the-box solutions.
Amber started with Bullseye in 2012. Through her years, Amber was promoted within the company and experienced every role possible: administrative, bookkeeping, rental management, hoa management, operations and as of 2022: President. Part of what makes her a great leader is her understanding of the roles and the expectations they carry. Amber obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in 2016.
John started Bullseye Properties & Realty with his wife Michelle back in 2003. In 2016, Bullseye Property Management & Realty was incorporated to handle the management aspect of the business while Bullseye Properties & Realty still operates for the buy/sell portfolio. John operates as the Broker and Sales Manager for the company.
Matt joined the Bullseye team in 2022. He came with experience in law enforcement, sales, consulting, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Matt originally joined as a Property Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2023. This was earned through high client satisfaction, communication & negotiation skills, and a business mindset. Matt is currently working towards his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
