Our support team is comprised of some highly attentive, meticulous individuals; they work behind the scenes to help with the organization and administration of important tasks, which range from reserving annual meeting venues to mailing time-sensitive notices/documents to owners.

​Our accounting team consists of a retired CPA as well as professional bookkeepers who endeavor to ensure that invoices received are processed accurately and quickly. There are regular audits performed to maintain the level of proficiency we uphold. When an invoice is received, it is not entered until it has been validated within our software. It will then be sent to the property manager for final approval before our office tenders payment.

Our property managers come from varied backgrounds: Military, law enforcement, construction, maintenance, engineering, childcare, sales, consulting, and customer service. By actively seeking personnel with a wide range of experience, we promote a diversified approach to property management. Each team member brings a unique and valuable approach to situations, which allows for some incredible collaboration and outside-the-box solutions.

The sales team we have is top-notch. They carry their MN Salesperson License, have systems in place to track and monitor information, and will work around your schedule to ensure a smooth transition.
